Some times negative incidents gives us opportunity which might be not possible without that incident. Just visualize yourself and focus that what you want. Try yourself to forgive all and move on by focusing on your goals.

Always try to see the good image of life, in every condition no matters how they are small or unimportant to you. Talk yourself in front of mirror. Try to turn your failure into a moral lesson. Allow yourself to enjoy some sense of humor and try to crack a joke.
  • Focus on present:
Forget the comments of people that have been passed, just think how to improve it and how to make it perfect. Otherwise your negativity consumes you and your long thinking will leads you towards anxiety and depression.
